How credits work

One credit, one generation.

Generating a logo, drafting a Brand DNA, or writing a batch of social posts each consume credits. Credits refill monthly, and unused credits roll forward one billing cycle.

A few more things worth knowing.

How do the billing cycles work?
Pick the cycle that works for you: monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually, biennially, or triennially. Longer prepaid cycles save roughly 10% compared to monthly. The plan features are identical whichever cycle you choose.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can top up with extra credit packs, wait for the next monthly refill, or upgrade to a plan with more credits. Nothing you have already generated disappears when credits run out.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately on a prorated basis. Downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Your brand workspaces and assets are preserved either way.
What is a brand workspace?
A separate container for a single brand: its DNA, logos, website, assets, and social posts. Agencies use one workspace per client so nothing gets mixed up.
Do you offer refunds?
If you are unhappy in the first 14 days, email us and we refund the last payment, no questions asked. After that, you can cancel any time to stop future billing.
What counts as a team member?
Anyone who logs into the platform under your account: a designer, a copywriter, a client contact, or a VA. Launch includes 4 seats, Pro includes 20, and Agency has unlimited seats.
